Cynthia K. Milner has worked in the Real Estate Property Management and Appraisal Industries for over 20 years. Her experience includes analysis of financial statements, due-diligence, pro forma zero based budgeting and cost analysis. Cynthia has been associated with Lincoln Property Company, Trammell Crow Residential/Gables Residential, Westdale Asset Management and Appraisal Services, Inc. She specializes in all manner of Real Estate Appraisal, Limited Partnership Valuations, Easement Appraisals and Business Valuations.
